Stüssy offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and select accessories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the request and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
